ACQUIRED BY BUCS:

  • Selected in the seventh round (212th pick) of the 2012 NFL Draft by the Buccaneers.

2012 HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Made NFL debut in season opener vs. Carolina (9/9), where he recorded three kickoff returns for 55 yards.

COLLEGE/PERSONAL:

  • Played in 28 career games at Utah State (2009-11), with 12 starts, totaling 184 carries for 1,327 yards and 15 touchdowns, ninth-most in Utah State history.
  • Had a career average of 7.1 yards per carry, the best mark in school history with a minimum of 150 rushes.
  • Also had 38 receptions for 424 yards and four touchdowns.
  • As a senior, rushed 114 times for 870 yards and nine touchdowns, and had 16 receptions for 181 yards and two scores.
  • His 7.6 yards per carry average ranked first in the WAC, third in the nation and was the second-highest single season mark in Utah State history.
  • Selected as the Utah State MVP of the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl, running for a career-high, Utah State-bowl-record 157 yards, the third-highest total in the bowl's history. He also accounted for the team's two rushing touchdowns.
  • Was named the Offensive Most Valuable Player in the inaugural Players All-Star Classic, leading the North to a 24-19 win over the South, rushing for 124 yards on 12 carries (10.3 ypc), including an 80- yard TD scamper.
